I got mack into the game last week and got my warlock to 48. Almost 49 now.
I also got my coworker as well as my ex-girlfriend to try it. He just downloaded a free trial and she is already level 38 or so.

Kurt Westergaard, the author of one of the Mohammad cartoons is still in hiding. Just now the Danish police arrested a couple more Muslim pukes who were out to kill him.

A while ago I declared The Silver Lining (fan made King's Quest 9) to be dead. Well apparently they are still around. Their page was updated and they are having a beta test contest.
I downloaded the beta build, because although I had no intention to participate, I wanted to take a look at the progress they made since the demo. Quite frankly I didn't see any.
My outlook is quite grim at this point. I don't like what I see, and I wish they stopped doing whatever it is they are doing. Of course I can't really judge it until I play the release version, but in my experience games that are in such sad state by the beta, are hardly ever worth any attention when released.
I thought that KQ was utterly ruined with the 8th installment. Now I fear that there may yet be new depths to fall to. =(

On Saturday we saw Cats at the Rosemont Theater. It was very nice and we both enjoyed it.

Back from Atlanta.

I'm back home. Here are some highlights from the trip:
Atlanta is nice, clean and warm. However, every single street is named Peachtree. WTF? Peachtree, St., Peachtree Ave., Peachtree Rd., Peachtree Industrial Rd., Peachtree Drive., Peachtree Boulevard., etc, etc, etc.
Pontiac G6 is nice because it's fairly fast (and being a rental car I could floor it every time I took off), but inside it's not quite as nice as a Honda Civic.

Game #122 - Bioshock.

Just finished Bioshock. It is now on my list under number 122.
It was a pretty good game, better than many I know. Still I feel it came just a bit short of landing my seal of unconditional approval. =) However, this by no means implies that the game is not fun. =) I recommend it to those who like shooters, and to those who are fairly new to them.

The "father of roleplaying games" has died today. =( He was only 69 years old.
I found myself reflecting on all the joy that RPGs brought into my life. I remembered playing the awesome pen-and-paper D&D campaigns with friends, the countless hours of World of Warcraft and Dark Age of Camelot, the spectacular games like Baldur's Gate, Planescape Torment, Deus Ex and Betrayal at Krondor. O, the fun I had! All these games would not exist without Gary Gygax.
May he rest in peace. As for me... I think I am going to come back to WoW and do my best to enter some paper-and-pen game, with dice rolls and all.

This just in:
Israel hinted that it may possibly aquire a stem cell or two, which in turn could potentially be used to maybe grow something that distantly resembles a testicle in poor lighting conditions and if one has really bad eye-sight.
In other words they said that if the rocket fire does not stop, they may retake Gaza.
Is this the 1847908750th last warning or an actual possibility that they are considering? Who knows.
