Iran now has death penalty for online crimes.

In Russia, however, if you blog they merely hand out suspended jail sentences.

I conclude that Russia is better than Iran. See!!! And you all thought that I hate Russia. Ha! I bet you feel real stupid now, don't you?

BFKG: Beware! Racist Babies Ahead!

Posted on July 7, 2008 at 2:55 pm.

Toddlers who say "yuck" when given flavorful foreign food may be exhibiting racist behavior, a British government-sponsored organization says.

Why, those little fucking skinheads! So curry isn't good enough for them?! Burn them! Burn them all!

Despite being punched in the face, an invalid managed to hold a robber until the pigs arrived. Now he is arrested and charged with assault.

4th of July weekend.

Posted on July 7, 2008 at 10:15 am.

There was a long weekend, and a lot of stuff happened, so I'll just iterate all of it in one post.

On Thursday the 3rd I got released from work early (12 o'clock) and went home. Then we drove to one of my co-workers' house in Wilmette to watch the fireworks. I'm not sure why Wilmette does it on the 3rd, they must have gained independence a day early.

On Friday the 4th, we went shopping with friends and bought loads of food and drinks. Then we went to watch the Glenview fireworks in a picnic-like fashion. The whole thing was going on on some golf course so we got a nice place on a little hill. We got there at 6 o'clock and stuffed ourselves until 9:30 when the actual show started.

Then we went to our friends' house and watched the Illusionist. Once can never watch the Illusionist too many times.

On Saturday we went over to another friend's house and played a paper and pen RPG from 2 to 11. It was fun, and although not everybody knew what they were doing, there were hilarious moments.

Later that night Puma got sick and was throwing up.

On Sunday, I stayed home all day and played WoW. Went to Kara with a PUG and topped the charts with my damage. I am now doing around 1000+ DPS. I even have a screenshot of the meter, which I may post later.

Zul'Aman and Ahune.

Posted on July 3, 2008 at 3:54 pm.

I went to Zul'Aman with my guild and killed all the bosses and did a bunch of quests. Nothing good dropped for me, but I got a Tattered Hexcloth Sack from one of the quests and a Fetish of the Primal Gods with the badges that dropped.

There are now only 6 raids in the game that I haven't seen in their entirety: AQ40, Naxx, The Eye, BT, Hyjal and Sunwell Plateau.

Here is a picture of my warlock in all his Midsummer Fire Festival gear. This includes his Vestment of Summer, Mantle of the Fire Festival, and Crown of the Fire Festival. Also today I killed Ahune, which is the frost equivalent of Ragnaros. He is a seasonal boss, appearing only during the 15 days of the Festival. I got Frostscythe of Lord Ahune (I don't need it, but it looks cool) and this pretty cool Tabard of Summer Flames which is given for completing the quest.

Racoons.

Today we found some raccoons at work. A mother and three babies climbed the fire escape ladder and made themselves comfortable on our window.

Highest tax in the nation.

Posted on July 1, 2008 at 9:22 am.

Welcome to Chicago, tovarisch! The tax is now 10.25%. We are at the forefront of taxation, rejoice! Our communist friends in New York and Los Angeles, are at a mere 8.3%. The rest of the country (capitalist pigs) are at 6% or lower.

Next on our agenda are the following items:

1) Nationalization (or rather countization) of all private property.
2) Establishment of GULag and building of labor camps.
3) Extermination of all bourgeoisie.
4) If we have resources left, extermination of all Jews, gays and so on.

Hail Stroger! Hail Daley!

Gay Pride Parade.

Posted on June 29, 2008 at 4:30 pm.

We went to a Gay Pride Parade in Chicago today. It was great fun, although we got hit by some rain towards the end. We saw lots of floats, dressed up people, undressed hot people and so on. Even caught some beads that they were throwing into the crowd. Good times!

2nd amendment lives on!

VICTORY!!!

The supreme court had ruled that we do have the right to personal weapons! The anti-gun law in DC was struck down!

Chicago, Evanston, Morton Grove, YOU ARE NEXT, MOTHERFUCKERS!!!

Long live Mr. Heller!

I love this country!

Update: I was right. NRA sued Chicago 15 minutes after the Supreme Court ruling. Source: here.
